The Right Management is an artist management and creative development company representing distinctive voices across music, performance and live entertainment.
We work closely with an exclusive roster of artists, managing their careers end to end — from creative direction and content to live opportunities, client relationships, production and on-ground execution.
We don't believe an artist needs to be controlled to be managed. Our approach is built on transparent collaboration: we listen first, understand the artist's ambition and creative instinct, then build the strategy, opportunities and team around it.

Founder & CEO
Comes from a family deeply rooted in film and entertainment. His experience spans production, distribution, exhibition, television and music — including founding Right Records, an independent music label behind 100+ music videos. At TRM, Harsh leads business strategy, industry relationships and long-term growth.
COO & Creative Director
A professional choreographer and performing artist with over a decade of experience across 200+ shows in India and internationally, trained at Broadway Dance Center New York, Alvin Ailey and AEF Florence. At TRM, Jazz leads creative strategy, artist development and visual direction.
